The WMB Scraper is a heavy duty Wiper Seal, with an elastomer Inner Lip and a Brass or Stainless Steel Outer Scraping Lip. Even the metal housing of the seal can be supplied in Stainless Steel, on demand. The Brass Lip is radially movable, enabling it to accommodate any radial movement of the Piston Rod. The Elastomer Lip can also be supplied in FKM rubber, for High Temperature or for media compatibility. This style fi nds application in cylinders where there are possibilities of highly abrasive or hard substrates to settle down, which can damage other type of wiping lips.
